A Witch by the Sea

I actually had some free time today now that midterms are over (thank the GODS)! I've been looking through all the great Ghibli fanart there is on here and I was totally inspired to do something with a Miyazaki character. It took me forever to decide, and then this idea popped in my head with Kiki and Jiji. I've had Kiki's Delivery Service on the brain the last couple of days anyway, so I thought I'd go with it. I just love the Paris-esque 1950's feel the town has in that movie. And of course I love the whole witch part too.
And just want to point out, Jiji was super fun to draw.
