It's Blossom! 
I haven't drawn any of the Powerpuff Girls in such a long time! Well, I've done crappy little sketches of them on random papers, but nothing that I've been very proud of.
So yeah, today we were watching the Powerpuff Girls, Helter Shelter (Best episode EVER! 
) and I decided that I just had to draw at least one of them! I actually did one of Bubbles first, but it didn't turn out as well as I would've liked. But this one turned out fantastically! It looks pretty close to the reference pic, which is good! 
Well, hope you all like! And also, I tried to fix this up digitally and it looks pretty nice, so I'll be putting that version of this up soon as well. ^^
